Exchange Policies
▶ No exchange of purchased item to another design, size or color.

▶ All the items will be checked before sending out.

▶ Only item with manufacturing defects is eligible for exchange.

▶ Any defects should be notified immediately upon receiving your item(s), exchange to be done within one day notification.

▶ We would not entertain any notification after the grace period of one day. Important note: Item must not be washed or worn.


Refund Policies
▶ Refund will be made if the purchased item is out of stock.

▶ No cancellations to be made once the order is confirmed and paid.

▶ Please feel free to seek clarification with us, should you have any further inquiries on our service and items. We would be glad to clear your doubts before you make any purchasing.

▶ Please kindly note that payment must be made within 3 days upon receiving an invoice from us, if not order will be released to the next interested buyer.

▶ First come first serve basis.

▶ Kindly note that some product might came from different batches, therefore, there may be deviation of 1-2cm on the measurement. Colours may also varies due to lighting effect when taking photos.
